3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 84JL account. This means:

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone — not even someone claiming to be 84JL support.
• Each player is permitted onlyone active account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and any balances or winnings associated with them will be forfeited.

• You are responsible for ensuring your contact details (email address, mobile number) remain current.84JL is not liable for communications that fail due to outdated information provided by the player.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 84JL processes withdrawal requests within one to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals can only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Any funds deposited through fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments will be forfeited, and the associated account will be permanently closed. 84JL cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected financial fraud.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

84JL regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, the following general rules apply to all 84JL bonuses:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another player.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address.

• All bets once confirmed are final. 84JL will not cancel, reverse, or refund a bet that has been placed correctly and accepted by the system, except in cases of a proven technical error or system fault on 84JL's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game type and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• In the event of a system malfunction or technical error during a game, 84JL reserves the right to void affected round or game session. Affected players will be refunded the original stake for the voided round.
• Results generated by the gaming system are final. Players may raise a dispute within72 hours of the alleged incident by contacting our support team. Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained.

11. Suspension & Termination

84JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
