How a Filipino-First Platform Was Born
84JL was founded in 2019 by a group of Filipino entrepreneurs who shared one frustration: international gambling platforms served the Philippine market as an afterthought. Before accepting a single peso from a player, 84JL applied for and received a full operating license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
